Hoffmann Germany

Proven quality since 1992

Our mission is to ensure long-lasting cooking enjoyment with non-stick cookware.

To help you bring your culinary skills to the stove with the best possible quality, we have combined the expertise from over 3 million pans and pots produced into one cookware series.

Made in Germany

As a second-generation independent company, we remain committed to traditional manufacturing processes, 100% Made in Germany.

The Right Material for Every Household

Aluminum is the ideal raw material for high-quality cookware. Its excellent conductivity ensures even heat distribution in cast cookware.

The processed aluminum alloy is made in Germany and consists of 100% recycled materials (e.g., melted-down beverage cans).

In the first step, aluminum ingots are liquefied in a melting furnace at approximately 660°C to process the material.

Traditional Hand Casting

The liquid aluminum is hand-poured into a mold known as a kokille. Using gravity, the metal flows through this specialized tool, creating a durable blank without any weak points.

This hand-casting process ensures that the introduced heat is retained for an extended period. As a result, your cookware maintains the necessary temperature at the critical moment, allowing you to sear properly instead of merely simmering.

This process creates roasting aromas, delivering pure flavor.

Warp-Free Base

For excellent energy transfer from your stove to the body of your cookware, a flat base that sits perfectly on the stovetop is essential.

That’s why we apply a fully-sprayed steel base at around 4000°C, which efficiently absorbs energy, particularly from induction stoves.

Thanks to our proven manufacturing processes, we guarantee that this base will never warp.

For you, this means energy-efficient cooking without a warped base or wobbly cookware on your stove.

Surface Optimization

To ensure the coating adheres perfectly in the next step, the surface of the blank must be cleaned and roughened.

We use a sandblasting process, which cleans the blank of production residues and roughens the surface under high pressure.

This crucial step guarantees that the coating will not flake off.

Hand-Applied Coating

In the final step, a surface sealant specially designed for intensive household use is applied.

Four individual layers are hand-sprayed and baked in a chamber oven at varying temperatures.

Interior Coating

  • Ceramic-reinforced adhesive base
  • Specialized bonding layer for maximum durability
  • TOPLEVEL layer for effortless cooking

Exterior Coating
For all-around easy cleaning, a special anti-corrosion layer is applied to the cookware base and exterior.
